Project Progress: April 2008

I didn’t have a lot of projects on hand now as most of them are completed. Let’s see what am I working on this month:
1. A vest for hubby
Yarn: Zara wool
Knitting needles: 5.0mm
Progress: I’m working on the collar of the front part now, and if possible, I might get it done in a week. I’m not feeling well lately, so I don’t knit that much. Once I’m feeling better, I will put this project as first priority.
2. A multicolor crochet top for me
Yarn: Katia Samoa and Lily Yarn
Corchet needles:
Bottom part: 4.0mm for first 3 inches, 5.00mm for the next 3 inches and proceed with 6.00mm crochet needles for that A-line effect.
Top part: 2.oomm until the collar area
Progress: 9 inches for both back and front parts. I will start the top of of the blouse with a different crochet pattern. It’s really colorful huh?
3. A pink top for me
I’ve completed all the projects for my kids, and I won’t be starting anything new unless something nice comes across my mind. I decided to knit myself a simple top instead. Frankly, it’s pretty boring since it’s only knit and purl. I think I will get another project with complicated knitting pattern. It’s less boring knitting that way.
Yarn: Flowery & Thready Nikke Victor Yarn and Lily Yarn
Knitting needles: 3.75mm
Progress: 8 inches now, but it’s so boring, I am working like a snail on this project. LOL! Anyway, let’s see if I can speed it up.
