Since my kids are born, I hardly have time for my old hobbies. But now, I will try to fix some time to do something that I like for them.
I got some yarns yesterday, and started out 2 knitting projects.
Project 1: A Ballerina Doll for Isabelle
She doesn’t have a doll, and I would her first doll made by mommy. So, I decided to get her a ballerina, and hopefully, she will love the doll and ballet later when she grows up.
I got the doll from one of Jean Greenhowe’s Mascot Dolls series. After I’ve completed with Isabelle’s doll, I need to do one for Justin too. He wants a sailor.
This is my progress so far….
Project 2: A Dress and Cardigan for Isabelle
This set of dress and cardigan will look nice on her. The yarns are a mixed of white, pink and light maroon. I just love the colours!
But I’ve undo and redo the stitches for 3 times as I kept making mistakes on the pattern. Hopefully, I can manage to get the dress done in 2 weeks.
